The Tour starts in the south of Gran Canaria and proceeds all along Santa LucĂaâs ravine towards Sorrueda dam. There, you will pay a visit to the Fortaleza de Ansite (Fortress of Ansite), one of the greatest archaeological sites in Gran Canaria. This fortress is composed by 3 different volcanic plugs such as Fortaleza Grande, Fortaleza Chica and Titana (Big Fortress, Small Fortress and Titana).
You will continue on your way down the valle de las mil palmeras (thousand palm trees valley) towards Fataga, whose archaeological heritage is known worldwide. Once there, you will get the chance to walk through its old town and its cobblestone streets, appreciate its traditional Canarian houses and know more about the indigenous background of Gran Canaria.

The Tour ends at a viewpoint called âMirador de la Degollada de la Yeguaâ, aka âMirador de Las Moscasâ (Moscas is Spanish for âFliesâ), from where you can take beautiful pictures and observe the Dunes of Maspalomas.

On débute par la vallée dArguineguin. Puis c'est une piste jusqu'au secteur d'Ayataca. La on rejoint le goudron pour redescendre sur St Bartolomé. De beaux paysages. Une halte boisson à St Bartholomé et le déjeuner à Fataga aprÚs la visite de la ferme Aloé Véra et le tour en dromadaire pour ceux qui ont choisi.
Retour Ă fond dans arrĂȘt Ă l'issue. Dommage car sur la route il y a un superbe point de vue (point de vue astronomique).
Par contre arrivé à Maspalomas on a attendu plus de 45 minutes au soleil afin d'avoir un chauffeur pour nous ramener. Plusieurs d'entre eux essayaient leur nouveau polo et casquette pendant qu'on poirautait.
