When you try scuba diving in Gran Canaria with Puerto Rico Diving, we make the difference. We always conduct our try dives in small groups (maximum 2 students to 1 instructor) as we believe this makes your first experience under water more relaxing and fun! We take everything at a pace you are comfortable with and allow you to discover a whole new world under the sea. At Puerto Rico Diving we believe it is important that your first taste of scuba diving should be as relaxing, informative and safe as possible.

- Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult

- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels

Throughout the dive Alberto also made sure i was okay and was also sure to point out key animals to me such as a seahorse and an octopus - both animals I was keen to see on my dive!
I really enjoyed the experience and even though I was alone I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable doing as Alberto was sure to go at a pace I was comfortable with.
I would highly recommend the try dive if this is something you are interested in and I am even considering coming back to do a PADI course off the back of my experience.
